Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Eligible Items: Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached are eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery at info@activepulsewear.com or +923435584779 (WhatsApp) to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
    3. Shipping: Ship the return package to the following address, ensuring it’s clearly labeled with the RAN: Active Pulse Wear (RAN#) National Housing Scheme 1 National Town Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
    4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Exchanges: We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired exchange in your return request.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds at this time.

Important Considerations

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Items without original tags attached are ineligible for return.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
